FileZilla Server是一個(gè)我們服務(wù)器起上常有的FTP傳輸工具，通常我們大多數(shù)的建站包里面都會(huì)含有這個(gè)工具。
今天在使用VISUAL NMP 建站工具的時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)在使用FileZilla Server報(bào)錯(cuò)。
錯(cuò)誤提示為：
You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.
（你似乎在一個(gè)NAT路由器。請(qǐng)配置被動(dòng)模式設(shè)置，并在路由器中向前一個(gè)端口的范圍。警告：在沒(méi)有啟用FTP協(xié)議，用戶無(wú)法安全地登錄。）

依照這個(gè)提示我首先去開(kāi)啟被動(dòng)模式去，發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)置后依然不行。依然同樣錯(cuò)誤

然后我根據(jù)：FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.的提示去修改啟用tls模式。
發(fā)現(xiàn)在生成證書的時(shí)候報(bào)錯(cuò)：Failed to initialize SSL library

隨后搜索下文件，有說(shuō)安裝Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package，有說(shuō)需要msvcr71.dll、msvcr90.dll（虛擬化支持）libeay32.dll、ssleay32.dll （SSL支持）的，但是在我安裝后這些操作后，并沒(méi)有什么作用問(wèn)題依然存在。
后面直接卸載了，下了個(gè)老版本的試了試，結(jié)果成了。然后經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn)FileZilla Server版本在0.9.44以上的都可能出現(xiàn)這種情況。（不包含0.9.44版本）

總結(jié)：

在Windows2008R2系統(tǒng)下如果出現(xiàn)FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.建議換下版本在看原因。
